About Blue Mountain Lodge

As you enter Blue Mountain Lodge, you will be welcomed by a beautifully decorated, spacious, updated cabin with all-wood interior and soaring 28-foot post and beam timber frame ceilings.

There are two bedrooms, family room and kitchen on the first floor. Spacious open game loft plus two additional bedrooms are on the second floor. See the floor plan

Each of the four bedrooms is connected to its own large bathroom, making these master suites perfect for a group of couples or a large family. Downstairs bedrooms have king sized memory foam beds, and each of the two upstairs bedrooms is furnished with one queen memory foam bed and one twin daybed. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows in the evening.

Rustic log furniture and electric fireplaces in all of the bedrooms ensure that you have the warm and cozy feel.  Spacious bathrooms have saltillo tile floors; vanities hold art glass vessel sinks. Downstairs bathrooms feature jetted tubs with river rock surrounds, great for soaking in after a long day of exploring and sightseeing.

Fully equipped kitchen is ready to cook. Stocked with all the cookware and bakeware, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal!

The game room is sure to be everyone's favorite - from kids to adults who are young at heart! Play a friendly game of pool or battle on the two player multi-game arcade machine. Play on a skee-ball game - it's a great activity for all ages. Watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV or simply sit back and watch others play. The comfy futon sofa pulls out into a full bed.

The decks (seen in the drone video) will become your favorite place to be at sunrise, sunset, or any time! Relax on the rocking chairs and loveseats as you take in the view or soak in the hot tub as you forget all your worries. Cook your hamburgers and steaks on a gas grill, then serve and enjoy your meal at the picnic table and revel in the great outdoors.

Gently sloping grassy back yard has room to play and a firepit to gather your family around (we do not provide firewood, but plenty of dead branches fall down from the trees).

Meet the owners

I came to the Smoky mountians with a friend in 2009 for the first time during winter snowfall. It was so pretty! Living in Florida, we missed having seasons. Todd and I (Victoria) came together several more times, and we knew - Smoky Mountains was the place! We bought our cabin in 2010. For now, we are living and working in Tampa FL,  and looking forward to making Sevier county our permanent home one day.
Photo taken day after Christmas 2010 when Blue Mountain Lodge was almost complete.

We love DIY projects, and we have restored or made many furniture and decor pieces you will see in our cabin.
